New Hard Disk

I will be getting about a dozen  LATITUDE E7480 laptops with hard drives removed. I would have to put in new hard drives and restore them to factory settings.

Does Dell provide a package that allow me to do this? I suppose each machine has a tag or serial number that can be uniquely identified.

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
