Problem with Microsoft Store on domain user account

Question

Good morning Dell Laptop, on a domain user account we have the problem with Microsoft Store. For example, when we trying log in from Microsoft Word to the Microsoft account to get license for the Office 2021 , it displays the error 0x801901f4. However, with HP devices the problem did not exist and the problem did not arise when the Dell device was connected to another domain controller, e.g. 2003 Enterprise edition and 2012 R2.AD server is 2003 R2 standard edition. We have checked it on local accounts and it seems to be no problem .Has anyone encountered such a problem? Thank you for your help.
