Release Candidate 1 is Now Available to Microsoft's Private Beta Tester's on Microsoft Connect, MSDN Subscriber's, Microsoft Tech Net Plus Subscriber's, and the Windows Vista CPP Program.

The Public Beta will be Delayed, however.
