RESET PASSWORD

After 3 days of non-use, I turned on my computer and when the Vista password screen came up, I entered the only password I've had for the 4 months I've owned the system.  It would not accept it.  Up came "reset password", however, I never made a reset password disk so I could not use the wizard.

HOW DO I GET INTO THE SYSTEM TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD AND ACCESS MY COMPUTER? Technical help suggested I hit ctrl alt del, but that didn't work either.  HELP PLEASE. I run a business on that system and have pending reservations.  Thank you  Baja

Before you do anything check to see if your caps lock key is on and try again. Passwords are case sensitive and this is a common error. Go here for the help articles on this problem.
