reset, transfer data and Admin account

When doing the last large Windows update (I think KB5046617), my system indicated the need for a "reset".  I went through a restore to previous - the error was still there.  I went to the previous previous restore, and it could not be completed.  The system then took me to reset with optional transfer/backup which I chose YES. In asking for password for this step, 2 Admin accounts were identified: one that I recognize and one that I do not recognize:  crdsecagent$admin.  Is this legitimate?
