Hi,

 

I have some problem with my task manager, regedit and group edit.  When I tried to run them, it says "Another program is currently using this file".  I have tried ways suggested by users from other forums to enable these files, but they still don't work.  Has anybody experience this before or knows how to solve this problem?  I appreciate any help.  Thanks.
