Touch Pad ISNT Working

Hello there. 

My Dell laptop's touchpad isn’t working even after updating and uninstalling the mouse device in Device Manager. I’ve tried several times, but it only works for a few hours to a maximum of three days before it stops again. I even formatted my PC, but the issue persists. Also, the touchpad option doesn’t appear in the settings either.  

Please assist me in fixing this issue.
