hi, 

I'm trying to install windows 10 enterprise LTSC on a Dell Precision 3650, i have downloaded the ISO file from Microsoft website and installed it on a USB, when i boot from this media on the dell computer it gets stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair ? any possible reason for this? 

I've downloaded the Media several times to make sure its not corrupted but still have no luck
