Explorer.exe is Windows. You'll need to post lots more info for help. Model computer? Any new hardware/software added? etc.

When I start the computer (NoteBook Inspiron 9300) and Windows XP there is a error message on the screen:

"Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

The error signature is:

AppName: explorer.exe
AppVer: 6.02900.2180
ModName: Kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2945
OffSet: 0000fdea

If anyone know what should I do, please send me instruction to solve this problem.

Thanks,

Bruno
