WOL problems with threadX

We are using P20 and P25 wyse terminals. When i autodiscover these terminals they are recognized as p20/p25 with threadx os. WIth this settings it's impossible to use WOL. I can use reboot or power down.

When i manually add the same terminal and use p20/p25 terminal with Dell wyse ubuntu Linux 12.04 i can use WOL but cannot use reboot or shutdown.

Is there anyone who has the same behaviour? Or someone that knows a solution for this problem?
