Dell Precision M3800 Dead?

My Precision M3800 decided to not turn on this morning. The power button light will come on for about 5 secs then turn off. No beeps, nothing else turning on (fans etc).

I have sent it in to Dell in the past (and had Dell come out) and the main problems before have been the screen. I opted to downgrade to a regular 1920x1080 touch screen and haven't had problems until now.

Is the motherboard dead? It is a LA-C011P

Is there reputable place to get a replacement? I am way past my extended warranty (of course!)

I hate to get one on ebay and it die a month later.

EDIT: so it looks like a Rev2 motherboard works better, what is the # for a Rev2? I don't want to get another Rev1, they have heat issues
