I had a repeating problem with chipset catastrophic error so thought I should do something about it. Tried Get Help Now which I used once before. But a new one was not available under Click here to begin just the old one. Opened a new support via support sight and hopefully the issue has been fixed with a new Bios update. But how does Get Help Now work when you cant open a new request?
