It is possible to connect to an NX4 via CIFS with anonymous access?

The NX4 is joined to a windows domain. I have setup a new filesystem and shared it via CIFs, under windows I have granted anonymous access with full rights under both file and share permissions.

On a client that has never connected to the domain the NX4 is in but any attempt at connection results in a popup box using the clients workgroup as the domain.

At the moment I'm not sure if this is a Celerra issue or a windows issue.
