Hi Dell Team,

I was attempting to purchase a monitor and applied my Dell Rewards balance during checkout. However, I decided not to proceed with the purchase and removed the items from my basket before completing the order.

I noticed that my Dell Rewards have not been returned to my balance and are now showing under "Redeemed Rewards", despite no order being placed.

I believe this is a system error and the rewards should have been automatically returned. Please advise.
