Hi, another question in regards to SAN HQ. We recently upgraded this to the latest version along with our devices FW.

Since then, we have been getting SAN HQ warning email every few hours about LUNs that are 99% full.

The LUNs they are referencing to are all thin provisioned LUNs, all which have plenty of unreserved space available. I can see the SAN allocates a tiny bit of reserved space to the LUN, and increases this as the LUN increases.

However SAN HQ see this tiny bit of reserved space as the only space left and sends out warnings.

I do think this warning would be really handy to have, if the LUN was actually running out of total space, so I dont really want to disable the warnings. Is there a way for SAN HQ to see the unreserved space when quantifying the total free space of the LUN?
