my dell inspiron 3593 has got three problems together which i describe below,pls help me

1.Heating :-

         laptop gets heated up too much these days, whenever i touch the keys of my laptop it feels so much warm,dont know whether its normal.didnt feel before 

2.Blank screen:-

       sometimes(once in 4 days approximately) when i turn on my laptop ,after entering password i get a blank screen,i have to force shutdown and start again to get it working

 

Software installation:-

        when i try to install new software like ms teams or discord i get error message
