Last Christmas order two of these laptops and within 6 months hinges broke on both of them the same way wires sticking out. Went to visit the family that I gave them to and they show me both computers broken in the same way. Check the internet and realize this is an ongoing problem with Dell laptops over the years. I called warranty and can only do one computer complaint at a time so I sent them the picture of that computer of the damage area. They replied and sent back is not their responsibility and I could send them the laptop back to them to assess it if I give them $59 and that's not fixing it is to let me know how much it would cost to fix it I'm within the warranty time. One laptop I would probably feel like maybe was our fault when both of them did it then I knew it is a design flaw. They've never broken computer before and last Christmas I decided to go with Dale because because I always consider them one of the top brands and the kids get A's and B's and I'm proud of them.
