Laptop sleeps unexpectedly

Hi, I have a new Latitude 5500 i7 laptop.

When I run a computationally intensive Matlab program (80% CPU for several hours) overnight, I find that it pauses during the night and then only continues when I unlock the screen in the morning.

All the Windows 10 Pro power and advanced power settings for PC and individual devices are set to Never sleep except the screen.

When I run the program during the day and I'm using the PC for other stuff it doesn't pause.  I didn't have this problem on my previous laptop (which was win7 if that's relevant).

When I unlock the screen in the morning laptop is ready to go and program continues instantly so it's not like laptop was in its Sleep mode.

Any suggestions for Windows or BIOS settings I should check?  Or is there a way to log what's happening overnight, e.g. to see if any components go into sleep mode?

Any help appreciated.
