Hi Sreejith, I am having trouble with the ownership transfer for my Dell laptop. I have tried the online form at least 5 times, but my request keeps getting denied and rejected every time. I suspect the transfer is being blocked automatically by Dell's system because the laptop was originally owned by a company in Germany and moved across borders. I purchased the laptop refurbished from Refurbed, and it was originally sourced from SmartSelling GmbH (VAT: DE359694516). I have the invoice as proof of purchase. Could you please help me transfer the ownership to my name manually? Thank you!
