M17xR2 OSD unhandled exception error on Startup

Question

Running the OSD A03 1.13 I started receiving this a few weeks ago now I wish it to be fixed. It cropped up after a reboot of the laptop. I have tried to uninstall the OSD and Command center to no avail during the installation upon completion it throws the error for he OSD. Any ideas?
