Blue screen when inserting any USB device
I've got a brand new Latitude D800.
Whenever I insert any USB device (that I have handy) into any USB connector (other then the one on top, in the back), I get a immeadiate blue-screen. And the laptop reboots so quickly that I cannot even see what the error code is.
I see this on both a Dell USB wheel mouse, and my brand new PocketPC. Either one works in the "main" USB slot (top slot on the back). Both cause the BSOD when plugged into any of the other three slots.
I have updated the BIOS, installed all the latest drivers for everything, even uninstalled (deleted)/reinstalled the USB contoller devices. Nothing has made any difference.
Help!
Thanks,
