I am having trouble loading certain websites, usually a checkout to a site where I can buy stuff, and also I can't access some parts of dell's site.  This is the error i get" Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer". I have windows xp 2.4 ghz, 256 mb rdram, 80 gig hd, ie explorer (don't know version, it is the latest one though) i also have sbc explorer and i have the same problem there.  I have sbc dsl for my connection.  I typed in command ipconfig/all and got this:

I also used spyware, turned off my firewall, changed my security and other internet options and nothing has worked.
