I have a second hand DELL Optiplex 9020 AIO.

Initially there was a BIOS password set.  I have managed to resolve this issue and reset BIOS to default.

I want to run Diagnostics.  I hit F12 and it loads the boot menu just fine.

If I select "Diagnostics" the screen changes to a blank screen and stops there.  I am unable to get diagnostics to run.

I have disconnected the HDD, flashed the BIOS and reset BIOS to default settings with no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions please.
