I got this result when perform memory diagnostic with Dell Online Diagnostics

"The Status of the DIMM cannot be acurately determined as the System Event Log is full. Clear the System Event Log and run the test again".

 

I have empty the event log, but when I rerun the diagnostic, I still got the same result.

 

-O/S: Windows Server 2003

-Dell PowerEdge 6600 quad processor 12 GB 

-Dell Online Diagnostics 2.11
