I got  two physical disk missing in the server BIOS array when I replaced two new HDD into the server . We are using DELL PowerEdge 2960 and the RAID controller is PERC 5/i Integrated BIOS Configuration. We configure as RAID 5 and total disk is 5.  

I got this error message when i click on Rebuild . "Error ! Start Rebuild operation failed ! "
