I am having an issue installing the SCSI miniport x64 driver for a QLA2340 HBA.  This is installed in a PE2850 running Windows 2003 R2 x64.  When I installed Windows to the system, it identified the HBA and installed the canned windows STOR port driver.  I have downloaded the lastest SCSI miniport driver from Qlogics website but have had no success in installing it.  Upon install it errors out saying "The specified location does not contain a compatible software driver for your device.  If the location contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for x-64 based systems."  I can download the newest STOR port x64 driver from Qlogic, and it WILL upgrade successfully.  Does anyone have any ideas as to why the SCSI version for x64 will not install??
