PERC6/i maximum disk size

Hi all. I have a server dell power edge 2950 with a raid 1, composed of 2 virtual disks and in turn by 4 physical disks of 136 gb each. The server runs a 32-bit Windows server 2003 R2. One of the 4 discs began to have failures, that's why I'm looking to buy a new one or in that case buy 4 larger discs. I have read that the maximum capacity of each disk, which can support the controller is 2 Tb. This really is like that? Is there anything else I should consider? Thank you! Greetings.
