Webcam does not work on my Vostro 3520 <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>  under Win11. I have tried all instructions described in the official support video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3pZG-a29W7s 

this includes BIOS update, windows update, Windows security settings for camera (all enabled), Virus protection checking, driver remove, reinstall, devmgr checking, disabling, reenabling,  etc. Even stranger is that the notebook does not work with an external webcam either (webcam work well with other notebook). Can it be a problem with the built-in Safeshutter feature which may be hard wired and is faulty? Does this notebook have a failsafe option to override this?
