The other day, the version of Windows Vista that came pre-installed on my Dell Inspiron 1501 randomly stopped working. A black screen appears upon boot that says "This copy of Windows Vista is not genuine". How can the pre-installed version be not genuine? The OS will not be accessible unless it is in Safe Mode. Please help.
