hi all, have spent the last few days trawling through every post on here and seems iv bought possibly the worst tablet/keyboard combo ever

i have had my setup since university started the last week in September, however i have a top spec think pad for work at home so only use my dell a handful of times a week, so far after only 9 weeks of owning the tablet and only about a dozen charge cycles, the battery wear that the keyboards internal battery is reporting is almost 28%

i do think part of the issue is the poor design by dell, as it is constantly draining the battery to almost flat, then recharging to full, however even with that happening 28% wear in less than a dozen charge cycles seems very high, most laptops etc advise maybe 10-15% battery wear per year depending on usage. if anyone else has had this issue how did you resolve it? im currently looking at the option of just buying a few extra batteries for when the keyboard battery stops holding charge, but i feel like i shouldn't have to be doing this as the hardware is clearly faulty
