unable to  install intel 3165/7265 drivers. i have just reset windows because the new edge browser was

opening on a blank page. then i used dell search for drivers and it said update for intel 3165/7265.

then i found there was a bios update outstanding installed that, then tried installing the

intel drivers again but still no good.
