Same issue I had when trying to update the BIOS. This time it is the firmware. The Dell software indicated I needed to update the firmware and that a reboot would be required. The software downloaded and the system went into a reboot. Now, for the last four hours it still shows updating your firmware with a flash progress of 0%. This is insane. I'm sure if I power down the system I will have the same issue as I had the last time, a fight to get the system to recognize itself and reboot. Dell, you can do better.
