Currently experiencing a No POST issue and not sure how to troubleshoot. Out of the 3 lights, the battery light is off, the power light is on, and the hdd activity light is flashing. After 5 minutes or so, all lights turn off for ~10 seconds, then they go back to the previous state and the fan runs hard for a quick second.

I've tried replacing the SSD no to avail. Maybe I've seen online that it could possibly be the CPU or motherboard. Not sure which direction to go next.
