Hi guys, I got an Alienware TactX mouse not too long ago, and it has been working great so far (I LOVE the on-the-fly refresh rate adjusting) and for some reason it has starting to malfunction lately. Sometimes when I do a single click, it makes me do a double click instead, and sometimes when I try to click and drag, it stops the drag randomly before I release the mouse button. Is there any way I can fix this or stop this from happening? I love using this mouse!
