Hi im triying to upgrade my laptop especifically to play VR games, and for that I read that I first need to upgrade to other gpu, ram, and ssd if I didnt had enough space, that I mostly have

- I own a Alienware 17 R2 with/ GeForce GTX 970M and Intel core inside i7 4710hq 2.50GHz

I improved already my ssd and im open to hear some ideas of some good gpu and ram at good price or medium price, but that can offer without any problem the max performance in VR and 4K resolution.
