Just replaced a motherboard in an Optiplex 755 under warranty.

 

Installed the board, computer works fine except the fan is going full tilt since this.

 

The fan worked fine before with the old motherboard (when the motherboard was working)

 

It is so loud that you would not want to be working by it. Sounds like a plane taking off

 

Is there any way to fix this?
