Hi. I just bought my first Dell 2 days ago. I am pretty savvy when it comes to computers most of the time but I have never encountered this issue. When I open my IE browser at max size it is still about 1/4 inch short of my sreen size. I'm not quite sure how to adjust this to fit the screen. I have tried to manually change it but iwill not move. I tried minimizing and moving it to the top of hte screen and once i release the mouse it automatically pops back down 1/4 inch.
