I just bought a buslink pcmcia usb 2 card for my inspiron 2650.  I have already used a belkin usb 2 pcmcia card on this computer without a problem.  The computer recognized the card, but it won't recognize anything that I plug into the card.  At first I got a message when I plugged in devices saying device not recognized.  Now the computer just becomes unstable. I get the same problem whether or not I use the power supply.  I have been using my logitech usb mouse as a test device though other things don't work either.  My operating system is windows xp home sp1.  I would appreciate any help
