I'm going to buy an inspiron 5160 from Dell outlet. I had some questions.

1- When i searched for an Inspiron 5160 among refurbished systems, there were many notebooks which were quite the same in hardware and software but their prices were different.  What's the reason for different prices? Are they different in appearance and cosmetic?

2- Are the laptops listed in the database owned by Dell or people can list their own systems for sale in Dell outlet?

3- How can I know about the appearance of an item? For example if there are any marks of wear, scratches and so on? I noted that Dell warned about not being responsible for photos so I thought that maybe some items are not directly from Dell and their owners can put some photos of related notebooks. But I couldn't find where are these photos and how can I see them.

4- Generaly at what time there are more items on the list for sale? Sunday, Monday, ...? When is the peak?
