Dell Gaming Monitor S2417DG (1440p, 144Hz) experiences random, periodic ghosting/flickering. I have tried using different cables, different PC sources, different graphics cards, etc. - so the issue is the monitor. I am just wondering if this is fixable without installing a whole new display panel into it.
