Last Thursday I Installed Networker Server 7.3 SP3 on Windows 2003 SP2.

Now last night Networker tried to mount a tape on our ARCvault autoloader and failed. As a result the tape was marked unlabeled, but after an inventory the tape label is recognized and the tape is usable again. What is going wrong?
