Hello, I have had problems with my Firefox browser redirecting me to strange pages. I haven't had and cannot get any windows updates for the last couple of months.I run Vista on an Inspiron desktop.

I was recomended to try ESET nod32 to see what was wrong. It found Olmarik trojan but couldn't clean it.  I have tried downloading some different spyware but most of them need to update before they work and they are unable to do that. I have loaded "Highjak This" and scan with it but it told me that it was redirected from the host page and said I should run it as an administrator but I was running in administrator role and I didn't get the option to run as an administrator.
