Segmentation Fault during imaging

Here are the details.

1. Used WDM 4.8.5 to register new T50 Package 1.18 from RSP script. Added successfully.

2. Selected T50 in my list to update from 1.15 to 1.18. I have used both PXE and Non-PXE.

3. T50 acknowledges update push and restarts.

4. Thin Client goes through beggining process and gets to Merlin "Imaging Started" and then halts with "Segmentation fault. init: Wyse main process (189) terminated with Status 139.

I have tried this on 3 Thin Client T50 models all with 1.15. The RSP package has been removed and re-added twice. I can use the same package with the USB installer and it works. I have a PIC but did not see a spot to upload here. Any ideas?
