WDM shadow view

This is frustrating i have enable the SAS to allow tight VNC to emulate cntrl alt delete. And it will not send the control alt delete command. I checked into this option in the reg file of the package and nothing will get this blasted builtin VNC to send the control alt delete command. Is there a way to configure the viewer on the host server?
