I recently found that I can not turn on my new Alienware 32 4K QD OLED Gaming Monitor. I spend a whole ton of time force it to boot up. 

Turned out the power button moves to the control button in the middle for some reason. If I press the power button, the monitor can not be either turned on or off. Nothing happens.

If I use the control button, no matter I press it or push to any direction, the monitor will be turned off and on just the same as the power button. Thus, the monitor still kind of working but I lost the access to the settings menu.

I updated my firmware to the latest available version as well but nothing helps. What is going on?
