Good Morning/Evening/Afternoon.

I'll get right to it, I have an Alienware X51 R2 from 2014 with most of it's original parts still inside. Recently, I put a CD Game inside my optical drive and it never read on the system or ejected itself. It is repeatedly trying to eject the disc and has been doing this for 3 days now. I have seen that there are some solutions available for this and I have tried them all, but all those methods have been unsuccesful. I need legitamite help here, is there any ideas?
