please someone help me i have bought alienware m15 r7 laptop with specification

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H

geforce rtx 3070ti

16gb ram and 1tb storage

But i am getting very low performance in gaming. i cant even play valorant on it on low setting. i have tried to reset it multiple times but whenever i reset it the alienware command center is deleted and i have also tried to install drivers. but nothing works and my alienware command center is also not opening.
