Exchange Restore and RDB

Question

When I do an Exchange GLR, after clicking OK to mount the database, it will automatically create a RDB on the exchange server.
If I do not then go ahead with an actual restore, what happens to that RDB? Do I now have to manually remove it?

I think you will need to delete it manually.

Any chance Avamar will automatically remove the RDB/RSG after a certain time period? My concern is a user checking that a backup in Exchange was backed up properly, which would mount the RDB database, and then later someone tries to restore not realizing the RDB is already created (which would need to be deleted first).
