The customer I am working with has a laptop running Vista with IE7 and the latest Java JRE.
When he tries to access Navisphere on the array, he gets the warning that the JRE is incompatible.
He is using the same JRE that I am using, and he can access the fibre switches just fine.
Has anyone successfully accessed Navisphere on a Vista machine?
If so, what does he need to do to make it work?
