Hi all,

 

Bought a 3100 and after checking the specs i got an PCIe X800 gfx.

 

After taking the side off and finding out the card won't fit i contacted tech support who swear blind the machine has a PCI Express slot, how can it if the card won't physically fit??

 

Any suggestions as i cannot return the gfx card.
